One Arboricultural Surveyor and one Trainee Arboricultural Surveyor

Tree Surveyor Jobs Tadworth, South East (United Kingdom) Full Time£20,000 - £35,000 (GBP)

About the job

Due to a surge in the demand for our services, SJAtrees is looking for two new arboricultural consultant surveyors. This is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to get into arboricultural consultancy, or anyone already working as a consultant or surveyor and looking for a change.

As a leading arboricultural consultancy established more than 30 years ago, with a team of seven consultants and surveyors we are uniquely placed to work for a wide range of clients, including many of the largest national house building companies.

As an established company we have a house style that is ahead of the curve when it comes to standards and legislation. This does mean that any new members of staff will need to get used to our style of surveying before progressing; but our job grades and salary structure are designed to aid the encouragement of staff to gain experience and progress to consultant, associate consultant and eventually senior consultant when they are ready.

In view of the buoyancy in the development and planning industry we are now offering up to £35k per annum as a starting salary, subject to experience and qualifications. We are also looking to recruit a trainee, someone who is currently working in tree surgery, or a recent graduate who is looking to start out in the arboricultural industry.

We are open to applications from beginners to experienced surveyors/consultants.

The majority of our work is in the planning sector and we specialise in larger sites. Many of our clients come to us for that reason. However, we do undertake the full range of arboricultural consultancy services, including tree risk assessments.

Please contact Frank if you would like to know more, or if you have any questions about the salary or the possibilities for career progression.
