This position is a varied and exciting role for the correct candidate. This job requires travel around the midlands meaning no two days are the same.

As a team leader you will be responsible for the safety of your team.

You will need to complete daily risk assessments and manage your time and team effectively. Ensuring all work is carried out to a high standard whilst implementing safe working practices. 

You must be a highly motivated individual who takes pride in their work. 
The ideal candidate will have the experience, knowledge and confidence to undertake each job to a safe and impeccable standard.

Preferred Skills

Required tickets & experience:

• Minimum 5 years experience
• Team Leading experience preferable
• Basic Ground Saw and Felling

• Tree climbing and Aerial Rescue 
• Chainsaw from a rope and harness
