We are offering a full time team leader position to a confident and ambitious individual. This is more of a team leader and NOT a lead climber position.

We need a passionate individual, with an extensive understanding of the industry to join our team. We work at a high pace and are only able to consider applicants with relevant experience. 

Applicant must be confident with pruning and hedge trimming, along with a good standard of climbing experience/understanding. All larger climbs are currently taken care of so that aspect of work wouldn't be available to the applicant. 

We have a thriving work load and are looking for someone who enjoys many aspects of the tree industry. 

A 4 day working week to be considered

Preferred Skills

• Relevant NPTC qualifications
• Competence and track record of all aspects of the industry with the ability to confidently demonstrate these skills required.
• Full driving licence
• Experience towing machinery
• Confidence to lead and guide team members
• Strong work ethic
