Team Leader / Lead Climber / Experienced climbers wanted - Ringwood

About the job

At the Tree Management Company, alongside our residential work we work closely with local authorities and commercial companies for specialist works, including technical crane works, rigging and large take down operations, HIAB and MEWP works.

The applicant will be expected to work well as a team but also have the ability to think well for themselves when required. We are looking to employ a hardworking self-motivated arborist with at least 2 years’ experience within the industry. The hours are 7am-4pm, Monday – Friday, with the option of working overtime and Saturdays. Preferred Skills

Applicants would ideally:

  • Be highly motivated and able to work to an extremely high standard of both safety and quality.
  • Have City & Guilds NPTC Level 2, Chainsaw Maintenance and Cross Cutting.
  • Have City & Guilds NPTC Level 2, Felling and Processing Trees up to 380mm.
  • Have City & Guilds NPTC Level 2, Tree Climbing and Rescue.
  • Have relevant Arboricultural experience.
  • Be willing to work as part of a team and take pride in their work.
  • Have a full UK driving licence, towing licence B+E is desirable.
  • The right candidate will be environmentally conscious and have a passion for arboriculture with a can-do attitude.
