Full time grounds person wanted - Didcot Area

Arbocare Tree Surgery is currently looking to expand and require grounds person. We are looking for candidates who preferably already have experience in this sector, but this is not essential as full training is provided, to include progression to climber. Most important is enthusiasm to learn & work in a small friendly team  This is a full-time, PAYE position. All equipment, PPE, certification and ongoing training is provided, including progression to climber position.

We are looking for someone who is able to work well as part of a small, friendly team, and support other members of staff to develop their climbing skills. 

Salary dependent on current qualifications and experience. 

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience working in the arboricultural industry preferred but not essential 
• NPTC Certification would be preferred but not essential as full training is provided 
• Full, UK driving license 
• Ability to work as part of a small team 
• Enthusiasm to learn
• Reliable
