Tree Planting & Maintenance Contract Manager Wanted - Enfield

About the job

We are looking for a contracts manager to oversee our tree planting and maintenance contracts. 

This side of the organisation has been growing in recent years to a point where a dedicated manager is now required.

The role will be to oversee and manage the work in hand and assist in developing this side of the business, overtime, moving forward.

Our depot and main office are based in Enfield with teams running across London. Planting contracts are typically for local authorities. Contracts involve tree planting in the winter months, with 3 year maintenance requirements over the summer period.

We will offer a competitive salary package to be discussed at interview. This will be dependent on experience.

Preferred Skills

• A minimum of 5 years industry experience
• A minimum of 3 years contract manager experience
• Experience in using asset management software including Confirm Connect
• Good man management skills
• IT literate
• Full driving licence (Essential)
• Signing, Lighting & Guarding as well as excavation qualifications preferred but not essential.
• First Aid Trained
