We are recruiting for experienced, highly driven Tree Surveyors to join our arboriculture team in Northampton. You will be someone who takes pride in their work, someone who seeks to continually develop and improve their knowledge. You will be leading the way in providing an excellent arboriculture service to our clients including tree condition surveys and detailed tree inspections. To provide reports and technical support to colleagues, customers and clients as required. To undertake ad-hoc and programmed inspections of the trees, and where necessary specifying remedial works.

Preferred Skills

Are you who we are looking for?

  • Specific tree knowledge is required to undertake asset inspections
  • Minimum of QCF level 3 Arboricultural qualification Lantra
  • Professional Tree Inspection and relevant industry experience
  • IT literate, MS Office programmes, GIS, and Asset management/Survey software Experience of using mobile computing devices Use of Visual Tree Assessment techniques
  • Demonstrable previous relevant industry experience is desirable
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work unsupervised as well as part of a team
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal) with the ability to communicate professionally, concisely, and effectively, particularly to those with and without an understanding of trees and tree related issues
  • Do you have NPTC CS Units
  • We work closely with are clients and communities, therefore you will need to be enthusiastic, engaging, and work with integrity, whilst creating effective working relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • This role will require travel, and therefore a full UK driving licence is required
  • Finally, are you looking to join the UK and Europe’s largest grounds maintenance/green services business that will help and support you grow
