About the job

We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Manager to join the rapidly growing mechanisation division within Ground Control. This role is an ideal opportunity to further your career within the mechanisation and plant equipment industry. We have sought out the most effective machinery possible to provide our clients with the simplest solutions to their arboricultural needs. We work on the highways, railway, utilities and construction sites so experience in working within one of these sectors would be advantageous. The successful candidate will be conscious of the strict health and safety environment in which we work and be motivated to ensure the smooth running of the business, identifying ways to improve and streamline current working methodologies.

Our business is delivering exceptional client experience in all that we do. You will focus on embedding customer service, as part of the Company culture, delivered through your team who truly understand their clients’ needs and respond to them in a timely manner. We have the equipment, machinery and a highly skilled workforce that can tackle any vegetation site clearance project in a huge range of different environments. With greater efficiency, our customers can benefit from great reductions in time taken to complete the work, significant cost savings and improved safety on site.

Key responsibilities will be:
•Aid the delivery of safe systems of work and reinforce behavioural safety.
•Meet and exceed client expectations, ensuring successful working relationships
•Developing new business and tendering for work
•Developing teams, managing performance and creating opportunities for team cohesion
