We have an exciting opportunity for an Arb Contract manager based from our depot in Wood Green

Responsible for running directly employed teams of arborists and managing a small group of subcontractors you will have responsibility for a diverse range of clients including Social Housing, Local Authority and Commercial sites.

Supported by our Head of Arboriculture you will have a remit to deliver high quality tree work, support and grow our existing teams and develop staff, work closely with clients and internal partners and also grow your own skills and qualifications through a career development programme.

The role requires someone with the highest commitments to health and safety standards as well as working as an ArbAC contractor and delivering high standards of service to customers.

Excellent communication skills, high levels of personal motivation are essential as well as a full driving licence and an excellent understanding of modern urban arboriculture. 
Previous experience working on London local authority contracts would be desirable

You will be responsible for your own department P&L circa £1million

Preferred Skills

Significant arboricultural experience both practical and management/supervisory level

Full driving licence

Strong knowledge of H&S - SMSTS or IOSH would be beneficial

Contract management experience
