Job Roles available: Lead Climbers and Climbers
As a Lead Climber / Arborist, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Tree Removal
- Crown Reductions
- Dead Wooding
- Felling
- Hedge Maintenance
- Stump Grinding
Preferred Skills
- Proven experience as a Tree Surgeon or Arborist, (ideally 6-10 years).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers and team members.
- Ability to carry out Reductions and MEWP work to a high standard.
- Strong experience in Aerial Rigging and tree climbing techniques.
- Full UK Driving License, with trailer towing capability up to 3,500kg preferred.
- Mechanically minded and able to maintain equipment with care and attention.
- Strong leadership skills; Leading from the front and managing the team effectively.
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering excellent results.
- Logical thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, supporting each other to achieve goals.
