Acer Tree Surgeons Ltd are recruiting a full-time Arborist Team Leader to lead our teams based in Wiltshire and surrounding counties. Your work with us will provide Arboricultural services to both domestic and commercial clients.

Your workload at Acer will be incredibly varied, including technical rigging solutions, removals, pruning operations, and hedge cutting, all using the best hardware and machinery the industry has to offer. Large removal and reduction operations, will see you learn and engage in the use of our in house Mercedes-Benz U5000 All Terrain Crane, an unprecedented crane build now available to you to work with and our in-house Z Boom Palfinger MEWP.

Preferred Skills

A proven track record of working safely, and being compliant with all health and safety guidelines set by the industry.
A practical and working understanding of LOLER and PUWER regulations.
The ability to lead a team and conduct climbing operations on technical job sites.
The ability to communicate at all levels.
A punctual approach to employment.
NPTC Certs CS30, 31, 38, 39 and preferably 41.
Full Driving Licence including a Cat B+E Trailer licence is preferable.
An understanding of all modern climbing and rigging related techniques.
