Arborist Lead Climber / Team Leader Job, Newark, Lincolnshire
We are looking for a self-motivated, team player to lead our small but perfectly formed arb team.
We have both self-employed and employed options available with good rates of pay for each.
Your workload will be varied with jobs ranging from full dismantles and site clearances to tree-planting & installing wildlife habitats, as well as surveys and everything in between.

You will be someone who takes great pride in their work with a strong focus on nature and the environment. An integral part of Springwood, you will be confident in leading a team to deliver the highest standards of work & customer service regardless of the job.
Preferred Skills
Ideal experience:5+ years climbing (preferred), would consider less for the right candidate.
We require the following qualifications as a minimum:
- Full UK driving licence (B+E preferred but not essential)
- CS30, 31, 38, 39, 40 & 41
- Use of a Woodchipper
- Aerial Rescue
- First Aid +F
- Training/refreshers can always be arranged.
