We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Team Leader to oversee daily operations for our busy and dedicated team of tree surgeons and groundies. The ideal candidate will possess a strong knowledge and have hands-on experience within the arboricultural industry . This role requires an individual who is passionate about tree work, capable of leading a team, and ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of the team whilst out on jobs
- Plan and execute jobs.
- Ensure the proper use and maintenance of all tools and equipment.
- Train new team members on best practices
- Monitor work quality to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations.
- Maintain an organised work environment, ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times.

We carry out a mixture of domestic and commercial work using a range of our own equipment including a 17 meter spider cherry picker, Avant 745, Kubota U27, predator stump grinder, tracked and road tow chippers.
