We’re flat out keeping up with demand, and we need qualified Climbing Arborists to join our team. Whether you’re local, passing through, or dreaming of an Aussie adventure, we want to hear from you!
No more explaining to your grandma that "tree work" is a real job—come work with a crew that actually gets it.
WHO WE WANT:
🌲 Climbing Arborists – You know your way around a tree, DRT and SRT aren’t just random letters to you, and you can handle ropes, rigging, and removals like a pro. Bonus points if you can still walk after a big day.
🌲 Junior Climbers & Ground Crew – Ready to get your boots dirty and work your way up? We’ve got plenty of trees (and career growth) waiting for you.
WHAT YOU NEED:
✅ Certificate III in Arboriculture (or equivalent) – No cert, no climb.
✅ Basic machine maintenance skills – Keep it sharp, keep it running.
✅ A solid work ethic – Trees don’t prune themselves.
✅ A good attitude – No grumps allowed.
Preferred Skills
🌲 Climbing Arborists:
Certificate III in Arboriculture (or overseas equivalent). No cert, no climb.
Proficiency in tree removal and pruning techniques.
Competency in DRT and SRT climbing.
Experience with rigging ropes and equipment for pruning and removals.
Ability to maintain machinery and equipment (keep it sharp, keep it running).
Competence in completing safety documentation via an app (we’re digital now, mate).
Strong customer service and teamwork skills.
