Lead Climber Wanted - Cambridgeshire Area

Richardson Tree Surgery Limited is a long-standing, family-run business based in Cambridge. We are looking to appoint a self-employed or PAYE Lead Climber on a full-time basis. The position would be based from our depot in Fenstanton, covering the whole of Cambridgeshire, and would involve carrying out tree surgery for both domestic and commercial clients.

The position would suit someone who is highly motivated and hardworking, who has competence and confidence in all aspects of tree surgery. Applicants need to be able to work in a close team and would need to be comfortable communicating clearly with colleagues and clients alike, ensuring that a high standard of professionalism is always maintained.

Applicants will need to have the relevant NPTC qualifications: 

• CS30, 31, 38, 39 and 41
• Full clean UK driving license.
• IPAF 1B and 3B.
• Emergency First Aid + F.
• NPTC Woodchipper

As the customer-facing lead operative on site, good time keeping, presentation, courtesy and enthusiasm are all essential for this position.

Working hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm, Monday to Friday.
