Salary: £26,000 – £28,500 pa
Monday to Friday | 40 hours per week

The environment:
Harrow School is situated within a beautiful site in Harrow on the Hill, north west London, and is one of the best-known schools in the world, with around 840 boys studying at Harrow. The School’s estate has more than 200 units of property, approximately 70 acres of woodlands and gardens and 120 acres of sports fields including a 9- hole golf course. The estate is spread over a number of Conservation Areas and many of the buildings are of historical importance and/or Listed. The estate also embraces large areas of Metropolitan Open Land and an area listed in the Register of Historic Parks and Gardens having originally been landscaped by Capability Brown.

The role:
An opportunity has arisen for an Arborist to join our dedicated in-house Estates team.

The Arborist is responsible for delivering practical arboriculture operations within the schools Estate, including.
• Tree Climbing.
• Aerial rescue.
• Dismantling.
• Pruning.
• Stump treatment.
• Equipment maintenance.

Preferred Skills

• NPTC Chainsaw use.
