About the jobThis is an outstanding career opportunity with a market leader providing arboricultural services to private and public sector businesses.
Services offered in this region include woodland and estates management, vegetation management, fencing, tree surgery, forestry and environmental engineering projects.
Our Bristol depot based near Brockley, currently employs 5 qualified and experienced full-time arborists and 2 apprentices. Working from 7.30 am - 4.00 pm 5 days per week. Regular paid overtime is also available outside of these hours.
Our arborists benefit from a vast array of tools and equipment, from high-end Timberwolf chippers, Husqvarna and Stihl handheld equipment including battery equivalent tools, Mobile Elevated Platforms, stump grinders, etc.

Proactive member of staff with a passion for arboriculture
Strong team working ethic essential
The candidate will need to be flexible and reliable with a thorough, proven knowledge of all aspects of tree work: ground and aerial
Comfortable undertaking arboricultural duties including tree pruning, dismantling & felling
Nature of work requires the qualified candidates to hold the relevant industry qualifications such as NPTC certificates: 201(CS30), 202(CS31), 206/306(CS38) 308(CS39),. Possession of a valid CSCS card would be an advantage. A full, UK driving licence is desired, preferably with trailer towing up to 3,500kg.
Must have a positive attitude towards Health & Safety regulations
Experience in climbing is desirable
