Beechwood Trees and Landscapes Ltd are a well-established, Arboricultural Association Approved Contractor, based in Coventry and covering the Midlands.

We continue to show sustainable development and growth, so are looking for an Experienced Compliance Manager to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an innovative, forward thinking individual, to establish themselves within the management team of one of the most progressive arboricultural and landscape contracting companies in the industry.

As our compliance manager, you will be responsible for the safety, health, environment, and quality assurance side of the business; to supervise and coordinate work systems to ensure that the products or services of the company meets the highest quality standards and that the working conditions of the company are favourable and safe.

To be considered for this position, you are expected to have:

Experience of audit and compliance, preferably with demonstrable ISO 9001 (or similar) internal auditor training
A minimum of 5 years experience working within Arboriculture/Landscape Industries
IOSH/NEBOSH Qualification
Relevant Arboricultural/Horticultural qualifications

The position will require excellent people management skills to assist in the smooth and compliant running of the business to the satisfaction of our clients.

Good communication, organisational time management and administrative skills will be key.
