Arbor Call Ltd are looking to recruit full-time experienced Senior Lead Climbers (on either an Employed, or Self-Employed basis) to join our friendly team based in the Winchester Area. We are offering up to a salary of £200 per day (£52,000 per annum) based on qualifications and experience, plus overtime pay and 28 days annual leave inclusive of public holidays. Full PPE and climbing equipment is provided, and career progression is encouraged and supported through training opportunities and internal promotion. Preferred Skills

• At least 3 years proven climbing and industry experience • The ability to work independently and as part of a team • Good communication skills and customer service skills, positive attitude, self-motivated and with high attention to detail • Reliability, punctuality and well-presented • CS30/31/38/39 required (CS40/41 advantageous) • Full UK driving license • Towing License (B+E or Pre97) preferred
