We’re looking for experienced and new climbers to join our team. Whether you're ready to climb or looking to develop your skills further, we have a role for you.

Available Positions:

🔹 Second Climber/Trainiee climber jobs
💷 £28,600 – £39,000

A great opportunity for someone with small climbing experience to learn and gain more experience. You’ll be working as a second climber within our teams across residential and commercial sites. Ideally hold basic climbing tickets but not essential.
Driving licence is a must.

🔹 Lead climber jobs
💷 £39,000-£42,000

Opportunity to progress your career into a lead climber taking the lead role of climber in the team.
Driving licence is a must.
