Bridgwater & Taunton College seeks an outstanding individual to join our highly successful Agriculture & Environmental Sciences team, as the Course Leader for Arboriculture.
You will be motivated and enthusiastic about the area and a strong team player who strives to deliver the best possible outcomes for our learners. You will have strong industry experience and be passionate about creating the very best opportunities for our students. You will be expected to lead a successful team of staff to continue to contribute to the College’s expectations of quality across all aspects of the role.

Preferred Skills
Hold a relevant degree or professional qualification in Arboriculture, Forestry or a related horticultural discipline.
Hold extensive and recent experience within the Arboricultural or related industries.
Hold a teaching qualification or willing to work towards one
Have a strong desire to see all learners succeed and progress, and have a clear understanding of their needs and how these may be met
Have a proactive and progressive attitude towards course development and a vision and enthusiasm to further develop the arboriculture provision
Be an excellent communicator with highly developed interpersonal skills
Possess strong and effective problem solving and IT skills
