Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage field teams, ensuring safety and efficiency
- Oversee project planning, scheduling, and execution
- Monitor compliance and safety regulations
- Improve workflows, resource allocation, and job tracking
- Support recruitment, training, and staff development
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure service quality
- Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and stakeholders

Preferred Skills
What We’re Looking For
✅ Proven experience in operations management, preferably in arboriculture or vegetation management
✅ Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
✅ Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations (e.g., WHS, biodiversity laws)
✅ Ability to manage multiple teams and deadlines
✅ Experience with scheduling software, GPS tracking, or job management tools (preferred)
✅ MR/HR Truck License, Cert III or IV in Arboriculture (desirable)
