Arborist Tree Surgeon Job Haslemere, Surrey 

 We have a vacancy for a Full Time Arborist Tree Surgeon that has become available due to a staff member moving out of the industry.

Role Overview:

 You will be working as part of tight knit four man team consisting of myself, one full time employee and two sub-contract climbers. Your role will involve driving one of two trucks and unloading at the end of the day. 

 This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to be a long term addition to a team, looking for a consistent income and wishes to have an input to on improvements to allow us to grow and strengthen our team and business .

 Key Responsibilities: 

• To assist with all aspects of tree surgery services including crown pruning, removals, safety work and hedge cutting. 
• Help with loading and Driving Truck and Tools to Site.
• Liaise and advise clients about the work and their trees.

Preferred Skills

• NPTC qualifications in all aspects of tree related operations. 
• Relevant tickets for trees surgery. Minimum chainsaw from rope and harness, climbing & aerial rescue.
• Good time keeping and work ethic.
• Solution focused and ability to use initiative for problem solving 
• Professionally and competently manage clients and their expectations
• Understanding of machine maintaining and how to comply with LOLER and PUWER regs.  
• Ability to communicate effectively and politely with customers and team members. 
• Maintaining high standards and take pride in their/our work
• Attention to detail.
• Full (ideally clean) driving license and experience driving trucks and trailers. 

Benefits Offered

• The hours are 7.30am to 5pm. However, we regularly finish early and I will do my best to work around planned commitments.
• Full company uniform. 
• Twenty eight days annual leave including bank holidays.
• All PPE equipment provided. 
• Salary is dependent on skills, qualifications and experience. (£30-£40,000 pa)
