Located midway between Reading, Henley, Maidenhead, and Bracknell, we offer career progression opportunities that blend hands-on tree work with leadership responsibilities.

What’s Available: 

We have 3 senior roles for experienced arborists who are eager to take on leadership and management duties:

1. Arborist Surveyor/Senior Foreman
• 2 days on tools as foreman
• 2 days meeting customers and pricing jobs
• 1 day of admin
2. Arborist Trainer/Senior Foreman
• 4 days on tools as foreman
• 1 day up-skilling team members
3. Arborist Yard Manager/Senior Foreman
• 3-4 days on tools as foreman
• 1-2 days managing repairs and ordering equipment

Benefits Offered

What We Offer:

• Starting salary of £39k per annum, rising to £45k after 6 months of training/probation
• Company van (Surveyor role only)
• Pension
• Holiday (Up to 38 days per year)
• Bonus scheme (after 6 months of training/probation)
