We are seeking to recruit full-time experienced Climbing Arborists and Team Leaders to join us following continued growth and new contract awards. In this role you will undertake all aspects of arboricultural work across all industry sectors, including local authority, rural estate, commercial and residential utilising our fleet of plant, machinery and equipment to work effectively and efficiently. The successful applicant should have a strong work ethic, with excellent communication skills and a consistent and positive approach.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Perform safe and efficient aerial and ground based tree management works to an excellent quality standard.
• Liaise effectively with clients and colleagues to deliver outstanding service.
• Complete site specific risk assessments and keep accurate records of work performed and equipment used.
• Drive company vehicles and operate arboricultural machinery.
• Work in accordance with industry best practice and regulatory guidance.
• Successfully lead and manage a three person arb team ensuring compliance and quality standards are consistently maintained (team leader roles).

Preferred Skills

• NPTC CS 30,31,38 and 39 certificates as a minimum, with additional NPTC units or technical qualifications an advantage.
• First Aid + F qualification.
• Robust knowledge of safety procedures and industry regulations.
• Full UK driving license.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively within a team environment.
• A minimum of three years’ industry experience with the ability to demonstrate technical and practical competence.
