Climber and Lead Climber Jobs in Horndean
We are currently seeking applications for both Climber and Lead Climber positions.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who are committed to performing arboricultural tasks to the highest standards.
To be considered for either of these roles, candidates should demonstrate the following:
- A proactive approach to maintaining both your own equipment and the company’s
- Confidence in climbing and rigging, showcasing advanced experience
- A valid Driving License
- Relevant ground-based and tree climbing certifications
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage openly and honestly with both management and colleagues
- A solid understanding of arboriculture to ensure high-quality work is consistently completed

We employ and develop teams of premier level arborists (tree surgeons) to complete high-quality arb and vegetation work across the South Coast.
Our teams are split across two different sectors: residential and commercial.

Our commercial teams are fully trained to work on various site types, including construction sites, highways, and MOD land. Along with keeping to the high level of H&S compliance needed to complete these projects.
