Team Leader Arborist/Tree Surgeon Job Haslemere, Surrey

Join our high-quality team at Jon Treasure Tree Services. Due to staff transition, we are currently seeking a Team Leader. Since 2008, we have provided top-notch tree surgery services to domestic and commercial clients across Surrey, West Sussex, and Eastern Hampshire.

Role Overview:

As a key member of our four-person team, you will drive one of our trucks and oversee operations in my absence. This position is ideal for someone looking to grow their skills and contribute to our team's success. Our standard working hours are 7:30 AM to 5 PM, often finishing early. I will always do my best to work around planned commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive tree surgery services, including crown pruning, removals, and other arb duties.
• Help lead the team to ensure exceptional service delivery.

We can assist with finding accommodation during a trial period for the right candidate relocating for this position.

Preferred Skills

Preferred Skills:

• NPTC qualifications in tree operations and relevant tree surgery tickets (minimum chainsaw from rope and harness).
• Strong work ethic and time management.
• Problem-solving skills and initiative.
• Understanding of machine maintenance and compliance with LOLER and PUWER regulations.
• Effective communication with customers and team members.
• Attention to detail and pride in work.
• Full (ideally clean) driving license with truck and trailer experience. (Further training offered).
• Experience and ideally references.

• Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on skills and experience.
