We are looking to expand our small team as we become one of the leading companies used in the Utility Arb sector in Derbyshire and its surrounding counties. We are seeking a Certified Climbing Arborist to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing vegetation management around power lines and other utility infrastructures. The role involves completing site specific risk assessments and other documents associated to the task, tree pruning, removal and hazard mitigation to ensure compliance with safety regulations and prevent service disruptions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Completing site specific risk assessments and other documents associated to the task.
• Perform Tree Pruning and removal around power lines in compliance with utility standards.
• Mitigate vegetation hazards near electrical infrastructure.
• Operate chainsaws, wood chippers, Mewp, Excavators.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate effectively with utility clients, team members and supervisors.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and equipment usage.

Preferred Skills

• Preferred 2 years Arboriculture/Utility experience, however training will be offered to the right candidate.
• First Aid + F
• Full suit of NPTC Chainsaw units (30,31,38,39 minimum)
• Knowledge of safety procedures and industry regulations.
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Full UK Driving License
• Candidates need to be punctual, polite, self motivated and have a professional approach to all work.
