Arborist climber Wanted - Stafford

We are looking for an arborist/climber and leader of a 3man team. The job is full time mon to fri based from our yard at St20 0NZ. We are an Arb Approved Contractor carrying out a range of works , domestic, commercial and local authority/housing Assoc. We like variety in our work and have had to work abroad on occasion. 

Preferred Skills

As an arborist you will know the requirements to carry out tree works and felling. Above this we are looking for a polite, positive manner. You will have the ability to organise a work site and keep staff engaged to produce a quality job. You will liaise with the management team to ensure jobs go smoothly and any subcontractors or plant is resourced. We are looking for good customer skills and an ability to deal with problems when they arise in a positive and even handed way. You will lead from the front in your attitude to work and people.
