Team leader - Biggleswade

About the job

Due to continued and sustained growth John O'Conner Arboriculture department is an arb team leader for our depot in Biggleswade to work alongside our established teams

Working in a team of qualified and motivated arborists delivering high quality tree work for our diverse client base across the Home Counties.

With a keen focus on health and safety, quality and team work we will provide you with top of the range tools, equipment PPE and uniform. 

You will need to hold NPTC Certificates for ground based and aerial chainsaw use as well as EFAW F+, full driving licence and qualifications for use of MEWP, chipper and stump grinder as well as SWQR operative or supervisor

Further training and ongoing development available and career progression

access to modern and high quality vehicles, plant and equipment and a diverse range of tree work

40 hours per week (0700-1530 Mon-Fri), overtime available but not mandatory

Opportunities for call out, standby and bonus

All new starters will have 6 month probation period and will require a DBS
