Climber Wanted - Midhurst

About the job

We are a family run company having been trading for 6 years. We have a friendly team and looking for a climber to join us 4 days per week. You will be undertaking all aspects of tree surgery, including - crown reductions and reshaping, crown thinning, crown lifting, management of deadwood, sectional dismantling and straight felling of trees. We work in a variety of places including domestic, rural estates and large property developments. 

Preferred Skills

You MUST be able to:

• Perform all aspects of tree surgery to a high standard
• Work outside in all weathers
• Operate power tools such as chainsaws, stump grinders, and chippers safely and efficiently.
• Work as part of a dedicated and committed team

The Successful applicant MUST have the following qualifications as a minimum:

• Chainsaw maintenance and crosscutting
• Felling small trees up to 380mm
• Tree Climbing and aerial rescue
• Using a chainsaw from a rope and harness
• A Full clean UK Driving Licence

We are currently running with 3 teams and have well maintained equipment and our own tip site meaning no driving round at the end of the day finding a tip site!
