About the job

We are currently looking to recruit an Arborist to carry out work within Lancashire and surrounding areas. Working as part of a team completing a varied range of tree work for commercial and domestic clients.

We are an Arboricultural Association Approved Contractor, CHAS accredited and registered on the Lancashire County Council Safe Trader scheme. Attention to detail, safe working practices and great customer service are a necessity.

Preferred Skills

Essential Criteria:

• Working knowledge in a wide variety of tree work.
• Experience and knowledge of strict H&S operations and its practical implications
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• NPTC units 3920, 3921, 3922 & 3923 or equivalent as a minimum
• A minimum of 1 year Arboricultural experience
• Full UK Driving License

Desirable Criteria:

• Woodchipper certification
• Utility Arb qualifications
• NPTC 3932 (Rigging) or equivalent
• MEWP certification
• Manual Handling certification
• First Aid certification
