Our Grounds staff support our skilled Arborists in maintaining and caring for trees, ensuring they remain healthy, safe, and visually appealing. You’ll assist with clearing vegetation, handling tools and equipment, managing debris, and helping maintain well-kept landscapes for our clients. This is an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the field of arboriculture while working alongside experienced professionals.

We’re expanding our team and looking for individuals who thrive in outdoor environments and have experience as a grounds person.

Preferred Skills

1-3 years minimum experience in a similar role;
Able to work to the highest levels of health and safety standards and best practice at all times;
A keen interest in tree surgery and arboriculture;
Focus on providing a high level of Customer Service and a desire to produce the highest possible standard of work;
Have a minimum of NPTC CS30 and CS31;
Plant and machinery certificates; for example, wood-chipper and stump-grinder.
A professional attitude
The ability to be resourceful
Full UK driving licence
Experience working for both domestic and commercial clients.
