Greater Manchester TreeStation currently has vacancies in our Arboriculture department for Climbing Arborists. We are looking for self motivated, competent and qualified team members with high standards in tree work and health & safety for which you would receive a competitive salary of £25,000 to £40,000 pa (based on experience & qualifications).
These positions offer an exciting challenge and a chance for highly motivated team players to advance their career within a stable working environment with a successful Arboricultural Association Approved Contractor. The right candidate will be environmentally conscious and have a passion for Arboriculture with a can do attitude.
Preferred Skills
The successful applicants will hold a full UK Driving License, along with CS30, CS31, CS38, CS39 competency certificates (or LANTRA equivalent) as a minimum, preferably refreshed within the last 5 years but not essential. C1/C/CE driving licence, IPAF, CSCS, CS41, PA1 and PA6, Safe Use of Stump Grinder, Wood Chipper certification and Mechanised arb experience would be an advantage.

We undertake tree work and consultancy for a range of domestic and commercial clients. The TreeStation is a not-for-profit social enterprise involved in arboriculture, landscaping, woodland management, biomass fuels and timber. Our primary aim is the reduction of carbon emissions through the reuse and upcycling of virgin timber arisings.
