Tree Surgeon/Arborist/Crew Leader in Midlands of Ireland

About the job

Allwood Tree Care are seeking a competent and experienced Tree Surgeon to join our team.

You will be expected to competently undertake all aspects of tree care while carrying out work safely and efficiently.  Your work will be varied however interesting and challenging.

You will be required to uphold our excellent safety standards, have good work ethic and good organisation skills.

You will be required to have good communication skills and professionalism within the team and with customers.

You will have to have good organisational skills, lead a team and delegate as required.

Communicate effectively, to keep managers informed, and listen and ask questions to ensure understanding.

Tool and Machinery maintenance will be compulsory. 

Driving Company vehicles and towing.

Experience in overseeing a team and in site management would be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

Qualifications & Experience:

All applicants must be able to demonstrate a wide range of arboricultural skills and knowledge.

Demonstrate sound knowledge of Health and Safety.

Full driving licence.

Safe Pass.

Manual handling.

All industry-relevant tickets.

Ability to manage projects and deliver in a timely manner.

Ability to work as part of a team.
