We are a small business operating out of Denmead, Hampshire. We have 2/3 teams out working and looking to expand. Covering Domestic, Commercial and utility sectors. We hold Constructionline gold, Chas and are in the process of gaining Arb Approved, so we work to industry high standards.

What will your job role involve?

These are the main tasks involved in the job, but you may be asked to undertake other tasks not listed to help progression of the business.

• ⁠Have a willing and can-do attitude to all work.

• ⁠Being able to work alongside our administrator and director to organise the work diary by booking in work and making sure we meet our weekly financial targets.

• Making sure all work being completed is to industry highest standards.

• Meeting clients and create new relationships.

• Visiting sites and Quoting work.

• Backing up administrator on office workloads when needed.

• Managing staff to get the most efficient workload while retaining good relationships and trust with employees.

• Weekly/daily reporting to director.

• Dealing and resolving complaints when required.

• Monitoring Teams to ensure adequate levels of Quality and Safety are maintained onsite by undertaking site visits and audits on behalf of the company and/or client.

• Completing risk assessments, method statements, wildlife forms to the companies and our clients’ standards.

• Applying for TPO applications when needed.

• Working to deadlines when under pressure.

• Careful management to plan projects to run safely and on time.

• ⁠We are a growing business so anything extra you can bring to the team to help your personal and company progression moving forward.

• ⁠Being able to competently use IT like Microsoft, emails and our CRM system.

• ⁠Supporting the office when applying for accreditations and maintaining accreditation standards by making sure staff are following them.

• ⁠Understand our company culture and ensure it is understood across the board.

Pay

• ⁠Yearly salary between £35,000-£45,000 depending on experience and qualifications/training

What do you need?

The requirements below would be advantageous in your application; however, we do realise not everyone will have all these below and we are open to supporting the right individual to gain these.

• You will have great communication and leadership skills, being the bridge that connects the business to the employees.

• To be able to motivate staff professionally and personally, have a positive influence and morale. Be supportive of other employees and creating trust with everyone.

• ⁠Full driver’s license.

• Arb qualifications would be advantageous.

• ⁠Experienced and competent with IT, working with computers on excel, word and other necessary platforms.

• Previous experience in running teams.

• Manager or supervisor training/courses would be advantageous.

• To attend any training sessions and safety engagements as required.
