Team leader, Utility Arborist - Bristol Bath Area

Traccs are based between Bath and Bristol, We are a small company carrying out various projects for our Commercial and Utility clients.

We are looking for an experienced team leader or a person who has been in the industry for a good amount of time, someone who can communicate with clients well, plan work, manage a team, manage equipment and is a forward thinking individual to join our relaxed friendly team whilst helping out on our Utility works for National Grid (275kv & 400kv) and SSE.

We are not looking for the best climber I am looking for a person who knows how to manage a team and people. 

If you have experience in operating Excavators or Tractors this would be a great advantage as we are expanding the mechanisation section of the company. 

The right candidate must be able to drive to our yard in the morning at the specified time. This is for a PAYE or self employed role, we will supply specific PPE and equipment as needed. We will also look at continued training for the right candidate if required.

Great rates of pay per day (experience and qualifications dependant) up to £230 per day for Self employed or £30k-£40k per year PAYE
