West Country Tree Services Ltd is a fast expanding Arboricultural company covering Wiltshire, Bath and North East Somerset. As an Arboricultural Association Approved contractor, we work to the highest industry standards with a dedication to customer service and an eye for detail, we provide our clients with complete satisfaction from start to finish, ensuring an ever growing customer database and a high number of referrals. Due to an expanding work load we require climbers and ground staff to help us meet work demands.

We offer full time employment with 28 days holiday (including bank holidays), pension, paid training courses, all kit is provided and there is optional overtime available. Salary is dependant on experience but the right candidates can expect to receive excellent rates of pay and promotion prospects. Labour only sub-contractors and second climbers are also sought all year round. Career progression is paramount to us, we are keen to train, develop and progress our employees in their careers. Preferred Skills

Working as part of a 2/3 man team you will need to be highly motivated, reliable, enthusiastic, show attention to detail and able to work to a high standard of both safety and quality. Candidates must possess the following CS30, 31 and a full UK driving licence. CS38, 39, 40 and 41 are preferable but not essential in the short term. Pay is dependent upon experience but the right candidates can expect excellent rates of pay and promotion prospects.
