Professional Tree Surgeons are seeking a full time Climbing Arborist.

Preferred Skills

Preferred Skills

• Ideally 5+ years working as a climbing Arborist with the ability to perform all basic aspects of tree care production work
• Rigging experience and comfortable working in tight urban environments
• Experience in a customer service people-facing position
• Demonstrated general knowledge of trees
• Working knowledge and understanding of ANZSI & WHS standards, or willingness to learn
• Valid Drivers License Manual, preferably Class MR 
• Holding, or ability to obtain First Aid / CPR Holding, or ability to obtain EWP licence
• Certificate qualifications / ISA Certified Arborist or equivalent

Hours

• Monday to Friday 40 hour/week full time position.
• Overtime and emergency call out roster.

Job Particulars, Salary and Sponsorship

• Employer paid superannuation currently at 11%
• 20 days annual leave per year plus sick leave per National Employment Standard
• Overseas applications are strongly encouraged and we welcome 6 month positions for candidates currently on, or planning to obtain, a working holiday visa (417).
• Advice and assistance with VISA applications and housing/accommodation can also be provided for successful applications. We will provide sponsorship for the right candidate.
• Rate of pay based on experience and qualifications.
• Salary range $75,000 to $95,000 (GBP 42,000 – GBP 50,000)
