About the job
As an Arborist at Branching Out Tree Care, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the health, safety, and aesthetics of trees in various settings. You will work with a small team of professionals to ensure the highest standards of tree care and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform tree risk assessments and provide recommendations for tree care.
- Conduct tree pruning, shaping, and removal using proper techniques and company equipment.
- Diagnose and treat tree diseases, pests, and other health issues.
- Operate and maintain tree care equipment and tools.
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry safety standards and regulations.
Qualifications & Skillsets
Certified Arborist (ISA Certification preferred) or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in arboriculture.
- Proficiency in tree climbing, rigging, and use of aerial lifts.
- Strong knowledge of tree biology, diseases, and treatment methods.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Truck C1 license preferable
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
