We are looking for experienced, enthusiastic, hard-working individuals to join our professional company based near Newton Abbot. Devon Tree Services was established in 1978 making us one of the oldest names in the area. We have been accredited by Safe Contractor and ACDC under their health and safety schemes. We also hold ISO 9001 certification – a quality standard accreditation. A full UK driving licence is essential due to our rural location and nature of the work. The position will include: Competitive salary based on experience and qualifications.  28 Days annual leave inclusive of all Bank Holidays 40 hours per week, full time Opportunities to volunteer for overtime.

Preferred Skills

We are looking for people who have: Arboricultural qualifications; minimum Units 201/202 and 203 (CS30 and CS31). Ideally have a current Forestry First Aid certificate, CSCS and NRSWA Signing, Lighting and Guarding but training can be provided if necessary. A proven track record as a climbing arborist. Attention to detail and familiarity with the British Standards. Good communication skills – both written and verbal. Good interpersonal skills. The ability to work as part of a team and team lead. Flexible approach to work. A professional approach and presentable appearance.
