Formal job stuff:
As the Senior Arborist, you will be reporting to the Operations Manager and driving the Arboriculture team's day-to-day activities to achieve excellence and pride in what they do. You will maintain a hands-on approach, taking ownership of all areas of responsibility which include but not limited to, tree care work, tree assessments, programming works, and liaisons with the local area Council and key stakeholders.
The role offers a level of autonomy as you take on responsibility for managing the workload, and leading the arborist team to meet deadlines and maintain iur quality service standards.

We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic people with suitably experienced as below:
Diploma or tertiary qualification in Arboriculture
a minimum of 3+ years of proven practical industry experience
Sound leadership skills and enthusiasm to motivate your team
Organisational and Planning skills to coordinate and manage projects and jobs for your Arborist team
A clean and current driver's licence with the ability to drive a manual vehicle
A positive attitude towards working safely
You will be committed to being part of a wider team with a strong work ethic
Ready to commit to relocating and working overseas, and making the most of your time here in New Zealand
