As an employer it is equally important to retain existing staff as it is to recruit new staff. Some would even argue that retaining existing staff is easier and less expensive in the long term.
We all like to know that we are valued and that our good work ethic's are recognised and rewarded. By clearly defining what you are wanting and what you are offering in return you can attract and retain diligent and loyal team.
