Lead the Way as Our Next Arborist Team Leader!
Ready to move beyond the aches and pains of climbing? Looking for a role that values your experience and opens doors for the future? We’re expanding and need an experienced Arborist/Team Leader to guide our crew and grow into a Surveyor or Operations Manager position.
You’ll take on a wide range of projects—from crown reductions and dismantles (including crane work) to clear felling, hedge trimming, stump grinding, and more. No two days are the same.
Your responsibilities:
- Direct and motivate a 2–5 person team
- Keep operations smooth with smart planning and kit maintenance
- Maintain professional, friendly communication with clients and site contacts

Salary: Negotiable based on experience.
We’re also hiring qualified climbers and groundsmen and on the lookout for reliable sub contract climbers.

Preferred Skills
NPTC Certificates CSCS Card B+E Licence (C1+E or HGV an advantage) SSSTS - or supervisory experience 2+ years experience
