We’re looking for a reliable, hardworking, and positive person to join the team at Aimis Tree Care as a Groundie or Second Climber. You’ll be part of a friendly team that focuses on working to high standards, keeping safety first, and taking pride in continual improvement.

Whether you’re fairly new to the industry and want to grow your experience, or already confident on the ropes and ready to step up as a second climber, we’d like to hear from you.

The role is subcontractor-based, with rates up to £230/day depending on experience and qualifications. There’s potential for full-time employment after a trial period if required.

Preferred Skills

• Relevant and up-to-date NPTC or LANTRA certifications
• Minimum 1 year of industry experience
• Full UK driving licence 
• Ideally lives within a 30-minute drive of our yard (GU24 area)
• Good understanding of safe and correct arboricultural techniques
• Strong commitment to health and safety
• Reliable, motivated, and hands-on with tasks
• Professional and friendly with clients
• Works well independently and as part of a team
• Keen to learn and take pride in your work
