📍 R. Watts & Sons – Burnham

R. Watts & Sons is expanding and we’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our growing arboricultural team. We currently have two positions available — one for an Experienced Climber and another for a Groundsman/Apprentice.

🌲 Position 1: Climber

£38,000   £48,000 (GBP)

An excellent opportunity for an experienced and motivated climber to advance their career within a supportive, professional environment.

You will work across a range of residential and commercial projects, undertaking all aspects of tree care and maintenance to a high standard.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in climbing and tree work
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail.
• Relevant certificates and qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence.

🌲 Position 2: Groundsman / Apprentice

£23,000—-£28.000

We’re looking for an enthusiastic individual to assist with tree care operations and support our climbing teams. Previous experience in the industry is preferred but not essential as full training will be provided.

Requirements:

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work well within a small, friendly team
• Full UK driving licence
