About the Role
- Perform advanced tree pruning, removal, and aerial rescue operations.
- Operate and maintain chainsaws, climbing and rigging equipment.
- Uphold the highest safety and environmental standards.
- Work as part of a small crew and contribute to a positive and productive team environment.
What We’re Looking For
- Certificate III in Arboriculture (or equivalent experience).
- A strong commitment to safe work practices.
- Experience with modern climbing techniques and equipment.
- A positive, can-do attitude and good communication skills.
- MR or HR Truck Licence is desirable.
EWP Ticket, First Aid, Working With Children’s Check (WWCC) and Chainsaw tickets are highly desirable.
If you are fed up working for bigger companies and want a change, we are looking for a climber to join our team the work involves tree removals and pruning alongside other arborist duties.
We are a small family business based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne our work mainly consists of private work with some council. We pride ourselves on customer service getting the jobs done with our main goal being happy customers and everyone going home safely. We usually start at 06:45 AM -working too around 2:30 PM

Preferred Skills
- You must be competent with a history in tree work and tree removals including climbing and rigging.
- Proficient in climbing trees safely using ropes and other equipment.
- Maintaining and using tools for safe tree removal and maintenance.
- Experience and knowledge and ability to competently prune trees and remove deadwood to ensure healthy growth while maintaining the tree structural integrity.
