Main objectives and duties:

Perform all required ground, climbing, and aerial lift duties in support of specific job assignments, as directed by the crew leader in a safe and professional manner.
Work as part of a team to help create an incredible experience for the customer
Very experienced and knowledgeable in all facets of tree pruning and removals
Be or become a Certified Arborist
Competent in all tree climbing skills, including assessing safety hazards, tying in and rigging limbs down safely
Responsible with a strong work ethic
Demonstrate high safety standards, sound tree risk assessment…
Take great pride in all your work
Personable and team oriented
Able to take constructive criticism and work on improvement
Crane work ability a big plus, but can learn
Operate chippers, stump grinders and other equipment
Clean, sharpen, and maintain all tools and equipment.
