As a remote or hybrid Sales Representative at Strobert Tree, you will work with an energetic team, passionate about growing our business and providing our clients the highest level of service. With your persuasive skills and strategic mindset, you will consistently drive sales and build your book of business. Our average Sales Representative earns over six figures.
What you will do:
- Interact daily with prospective clients via in person client meetings at their homes or business locations and telephone
- Foster positive relationships with new and existing clients, driving tree service and plant health care services
- Develop into a world-class sales representative, building an extensive book of business and driving the referral business
- Continuously learn and build your knowledge base surrounding the arboricultural industry
- Grow your earnings yearly by both maintaining your book of business and adding new accounts, the sky is the limit for your earning potential
- This is an outside sales job, majority of your days will be you leaving your home and going right out into your territory. Occasionally, you will be asked to come into the corporate office for meetings and various items. Many of our reps enjoy coming in now and again to have a quiet place to knock out work.

Compensation Plans (Two Compensation Plans):
Option #1: Hybrid (salary/commission)
Option #2: 100% Commission
Both provide routes to earning over 6 figures, option #2 has potential to earn the more, but we understand that individuals (especially individuals who are new to the industry) feel more comfortable with a guaranteed salary when getting started, which is why we provide both options. Most of our reps will switch over to Option #2 at the start of their 2nd year if they choose not to start with that plan initially.
Preferred Skills
- Minimum of 2 years as a dedicated sales representative, and/or background in tree industry.
- Willing to receive feedback and direction, and possess the ability to absorb coaching advice
- Account Management - ability to maintain and grow existing client's services they utilize with Strobert.
- Hunter Mentality - ability to self-generate new leads on your own (by way of phones, door knocking, community events, referrals, etc.)
- Solution Oriented Mindset - our team is solution oriented, when issues arise or scenarios come about that we do not usually see, our reps have the mindset of finding a pathway forward, not trying to just pass the problem off or ignore. We want people with this mindset, as we are going through a very large growth period throughout the next 2 years.
