This role has the responsibility for the day to day running of the tree side of the business, reporting to the MD, with the support of our office manager.

We are a close knit, friendly firm with great combined experience, looking for the right individual to join the management team with the same ethics to continue to drive the company forward, smoothly, safely and efficiently.

 The role will be split between estimating, planning and running jobs & working on site. Ensuring a safe, efficient, happy experience for all concerned.

A passion for Arboriculture, enthusiasm and a can do attitude is key.

Preferred Skills

Strong leadership and people management skills are essential to this role, ensuring great communication and teamwork, to achieve high standards.

Good technical knowledge of tree, pests and diseases.

The ability to discuss, accurately specify and quantify works for a wide range of clients.

Appropriate industry qualifications and experience.

Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations, including health and safety. Familiarity with risk assessment processes and method statements.

Excellent written and spoken English. Computer literate and highly organised.
